By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Property Access & Safety: You grant us access to your property for the duration of the scheduled service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural defects, or conditions that are not visible or known at the time of service. Service Limitations: While we take every precaution to protect your property, some factors are beyond our control. We are not responsible for: • Water intrusion through improperly sealed windows, doors, or structural openings. • Damage caused by loose paint, deteriorated surfaces, or previously compromised materials that fail during the cleaning process. • Plant or landscaping damage if proper precautions (pre-soaking, covering) are not feasible or were declined. • Damage to items left near the work area that were not moved prior to service. Roof & Surface Warranty Disclaimer: We do not warranty or guarantee the longevity of any surface after cleaning. Factors including but not limited to age, prior maintenance, environmental exposure, and material quality affect how surfaces respond to cleaning. Electrical & Utility Precautions: It is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure all exterior electrical outlets, fixtures, and equipment are in safe working condition before service. We are not liable for electrical issues resulting from faulty wiring or improper installation. By booking a service, you confirm that you have the authority to authorize work on the property and that you understand and accept these terms.
