Screen Enclosure Soft Wash

The pool cage itself usually needs more attention than the deck. Florida's humidity grows a green mildew film on screen mesh that no amount of brushing removes. We soft wash the entire enclosure — mesh, frame, gutter rail — using under-100-PSI chemistry that kills the mildew without warping the screen or stripping the frame paint. The result: the entire cage looks new, not just the deck.

Paver Deck Cleaning vs. Resealing

If your pool deck is paver, the cleaning is the first step in a two-part decision: clean-only (every 18 months) or clean-and-reseal (every 3–4 years). Resealing restores faded color, stabilizes joints with polymeric sand, prevents weed growth, and creates an oil/stain barrier — but it changes the deck slightly (slight sheen with wet-look, invisible with matte). For pool decks specifically we typically recommend natural matte sealer for slip safety, and we add an anti-slip additive on every pool deck regardless of finish.

Concrete and Travertine Pool Decks

Concrete pool decks get a combination clean — soft wash chemistry to kill organic growth at the root, then surface cleaning to lift embedded dirt without etching. Travertine gets soft wash only — high pressure will pit and crack travertine permanently.

Landscape and Salt-Air Protection
